(1) retain permission for quarrying of lands consisting of 2.48 hectares in area and permission for the extraction at the quarry with a maximum annual extraction rate of 1,000 tonnes, where the stone is extracted using standard 360 degree excavators; (2) retention permission for the on-going temporary storage on the quarry of clean stone from other quarries, for use as building stone with a maximum storage at any one time not exceeding 500 tonnes; (3) planning permission is sought for the restoration of the quarry, comprising the reuse and grading back of the existing stockpile of over burden currently stored on the site; (4) all ancillary site development works
