for the change of use of the existing development on the site, which includes two dwellings, so as to allow the independent occupation of these homes, separately from each other. This development would breach condition nos. 2 and 3 of permission reg. ref. 02/917 which envisages that these two dwellings and the land on which they are situated, would be occupied as a single unit of accommodation and this application seeks to change this existing arrangement through the deletion of these stipulations
