the construction of a two storey crèche (587 sqm) to accommodate 102 no. children and to replace the crèche (320 sqm) permitted under Planning Ref: 16/1196, Appeal Ref: PL91.249186, which was to accommodate 38 no. children, the construction 7 no. dwellings, which were omitted under Condition No. 3 of Planning Ref: 21/1217 and Appeal Ref: ABP-314355-22, and which will result in the removal of said condition, the development of associated car parking and all ancillary drainage, landscape, boundary and site development works
