(a) Retention Permission for existing single storey dwelling house and outbuildings as constructed within revised site boundaries and (b) Permission to extend existing dwelling house to comprise of a single storey extension to the southern side and new single storey garage building with roofed link connecting to the dwelling house on the northern side including all necessary modifications to the dwelling house to facilitate the construction of the extensions, demolition of existing sunroom and existing outbuildings, removal of existing waste water treatment system, installation of new waste water treatment system with sand polishing filter and all necessary ancillary services works and site works.
