to renovate existing two storey derelict cottage to consist of ground and first floor bedrooms with en-suite and construct a two-storey extension comprising of ground floor entrance hall, open plan kitchen / dining, sitting room area and utility room with first floor master bedroom and en-suite and attic storage space, install new wastewater treatment system and percolation bed and connect to existing mains water supply in the public road set back corner ditch at existing entrance to achieve sightline with all associated site works to our property
