The development will consist of the construction of an extension to an existing dwelling, demolish existing porch, renovate dwelling, construction of an extension to an existing granary, renovate / convert granary to a habitable dwelling and minor elevational changes to both, retention for an existing shed and for a temporary mobile home (for the duration of the works only) and the decommissioning & removal of existing wastewater treatment system and installation of an onsite wastewater treatment system and all ancillary works
