The development will consist of: The construction of 3 no. dwellings (2 no. 2-storey dwellings and 1 no. bungalow dwelling) to the rear of the existing dwelling Knockrea Lodge. The proposed development including the existing Knockrea Lodge will be accessed via the permitted access road off the Victoria Road (Reg. Ref: 21/40215). The development also includes car parking, the de-commissioning of the existing septic tank which serves Knockrea Lodge, and connection to the public sewer, landscaping and all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.
