Retention permission for the as constructed alterations to a previously granted development (Louth County Council planning reference number – 21135 - Permission for the demolition of existing garage, alterations and extension of existing dwelling house and construction of new garage/store), the alterations include: Changes to previously granted projecting section of the northern elevation from the ground floor dining area and first floor bedroom 05; including the creation of additional floor area to bedroom 05 (circa 3.83 sq.m.) and alterations to the positioning of the glazed windows and doors with the provision of an additional opaque glazed barrier. With full permission for the provision of additional opaque glazing to sections of the above -mentioned projecting section of bedroom 05 and all associated site development works.
