The development consists of (a) retention planning permission to retain elevational changes made to the veterinary building and permission to make elevational changes to the veterinary building, (b) retention planning permission to retain additional floor area at first floor level in the veterinary building, (c) retention planning permission to retain the store and stables as constructed, (d) retention planning permission to retain shed 1, shed 2 and walled enclosure, (e) retention planning permission to retain the veterinary building, store and stables within revised site boundaries, and (f) permission to construct a light industrial unit and permission for all associated works to facilitate the development.
