The development will consist of the demolition of two single storey extensions, one to the side (north west) and one to the rear (south west) of the existing house, demolition of the existing chimneys, addition of a new chimney flue, removal of a flat roof to the side (south east) elevation and replacement with a pitched roof, alterations to the existing openings, provision of a new deck to the rear, provision of a new connection to the public effluent treatment system and all associated site works and services.
