Retention Permission to: a) Retain the development within a revised site boundary, b) Retain the on site shipping container and Planning Permission to: c) extend and renovate the existing dressing rooms to include two additional dressing/ changing rooms, a meeting room and ancillary spaces, d) decommission the existing septic tank and percolation area, e) Install a new mechanical treatment unit and raised polishing filter, f) Rotate/ pivot the location of the existing playing surface, g) Reposition the goal posts, rear ball stop netting and dug outs etc. to reflect the new pitch location, h) Erect an electronic scoreboard, i) Erect 1.8m high Palisade fencing to the proposed South and South Eastern boundaries, j) Erect 1.2m palisade fencing to the perimeter of the playing surface, k) Construct a 6m high reinforced concrete ball wall and l) Construct all associated site works
