for development which will consist of the demolition of existing single storey administration offices, consolidation/protection works to the western end of the shared services building, the removal and upgrade of the facade to the eastern end of the main terminal building over 2 no. stories, the reconfiguration of the existing Airside personnel and passenger entrance/egress locations, new security fencing, hard and soft landscaping, with the provision of wayfinding and branding signage, including all associated site works.
