to remove an existing 30 metre high lattice communications tower and in its place to erect a 60 metre high lattice communications tower with associated equipment attached including a 5 metre high antenna on top resulting in a total height of 65 metres. On completion of the above the existing 60.3 metre high guyed mast with a 5 metre high antenna on top comprising a total height of 65.3 metres will be removed. The development will use the existing access track.
