development consisting of the following: retention of 1) single storey extension to the northern end of the north eastern façade of the main building; 2) single storey extension to the southern end of the north eastern and south eastern façades of the main building; 3) alterations to the north eastern facade of the main building; 4) single storey extension to the north western gable of the detached two storey building to the east of the main building; 5) 3 no. detached timber storage structures to the north of the main building; 6) single storey extension within the central semi enclosed courtyard area to the south east of the main building. The development will consist of the proposed decommissioning of the existing wastewater treatment system and subsequent replacement with new wastewater treatment system, along with associated site works & services
