The proposed development will consist of modifications to the parent permitted Strategic Housing Development (SHD) application ABP 307605-20 (as amended by ABP 309858-21) and subsequent amendments application Reg. Ref. 22/40929. Modifications will consist of a change of use to part of the permitted supermarket to an ancillary off-licence at ground floor level measuring c. 15.4 sq.m within the approved convenience retail unit including all associated site works and services. The opening hours of the proposed off-licence area will be directly linked to the trading hours of the convenience shop.
