(1) the construction of the foul water pumping arrangement with rising main for the serviced sites development (originally permitted under planning ref 21-12). The permitted arrangement was for a single pumping station with rising main serving sites 1,2,4,5 & 6. The revised arrangement is for 5 individual pump chambers (one for each site) with associated rising main discharging to permitted foul water manhole on site; (2) the alteration to site boundary of site 6 together with all associated site works
