Permission for development which consists of; the development will consist of an amendment to reg. ref. 23/149 and reg. ref. 24/14 and will comprise the provision of a retail unit (c. 436.96 sq.m) with ancillary off licence sales area (c .28.1 sq. m) within the existing unit previously permitted as a licensed bar under reg. ref. 99/399. The development also includes internal modifications to facilitate the unit layout and all ancillary site services and site development works.
