The development consists of (a) retention planning permission to retain an extension on the Western side of the house and an extension on the Southern side of the house, (b) retention planning permission to retain changes made to the elevations of the house, (c) planning permission to demolish the house extensions on the Western and Southern sides of the house, (d) planning permission to construct extensions on the Eastern, Western and Northern sides of the house and to make changes to the elevations of the house, and (e) planning permission to remove the existing roadside parking arrangement and construct a new site entrance and on site parking and permission for all associated site works to facilitate the development being applied for.
