Planning permission for a change of use with extension / alterations of an existing convent to provide additional accommodation and facilities for Cuan Chaitriona which is a neighbouring care facility. The works to include; 1) the change of use of the existing convent into 15 ensuite bedroom units to provide additional accommodation to the existing Cuan Chaitriona care facility; 2) for a single storey extension of 4 additional ensuite bedrooms with new day room, additional storage and nursing station to the side and rear which shall connect the existing convent to the care facility; 3) an extension of an existing ancillary laundry building to accommodate the increased capacity and workshop unit; 4) Associated internal and external alterations to the existing buildings, additional carparking, and all associated site development works.
