The proposed works will include minor modifications to the building elevations, modifications to the entrance for universal access, provision of PV panels, replacement of the existing septic tank and percolation area with a packaged wastewater treatment system, provision of EV accessible and parking all associated works. The site is located within the Galway Bay Complex Special Area of Conservation (SAC) and this application is accompanied by a Natura Impact Statement.
