The demolition of the ruinous, detached, single-storey dwelling house and renovation / alterations to the adjacent, detached stone barn building to facilitate conversion to residential use. Permission is also sought for the construction of new single-storey extensions to the northern and southern ends of the barn building to provide additional associated living, sleeping and ancillary spaces and shall include a new septic tank and percolation area, boundary alterations, hard and soft landscaping and all associated siteworks.
