The development shall consist of planning permission for; 1 – the demolition of an existing front facing porch including permission for fenestration modifications to the front + side elevations; 2 – the demolition of annex elements (structures containing flat + lean to roof elements) to the rear of the existing dwelling including permission for the erection of and extension located to the rear of the existing dwelling; 3 – internal layout modifications to the existing dwelling and to include all other ancillary site services and development works associated with this permission.
