The proposed development comprises the construction of a new Storage and Distribution Warehouse building with associated two-storey administrative block which accommodates office, reception and staff welfare areas. Ancillary site development includes the provision of bicycle and vehicular parking, vehicular circulation areas, landscaping proposals, fascia signage and rooftop solar/PV panels.
