The development will consist of (i) extending to the side of the existing single storey extension at the rear of the dwelling (ii) raising the ridge height of the house and building an upper floor extension over the existing ground floor existing and proposed extension works comprising two bedrooms , a bathroom and storage areas (iii) a new stair access fron the ground floor and (iv) all associated internal site and drainage work .
