The proposed development consists of: the retention of the part constructed two-storey dwelling house (as permitted under Reg. Ref.06/2306, with unauthorised works carried out thereafter); the completion of the 6 No. bedroom dwelling house with a revised design, as previously permitted under Reg. Ref. 16/218; hard and soft landscaping; decommissioning of the existing waste water treatment system and percolation area and provision of new waste water treatment system and percolation area; and all associated site development works above and below ground.
