The proposed alterations will consist of a) Change from lean-to-roof overhang with parapet and render finish, to front of dwelling, b) Material change to lower part of front elevation from previously granted render finish to red brick finish, and C) widening of existing vehicular entrance to 3.5m in opposite direction from previous application, away from existing kerb-side-tree and all associated site works
