Ref. 24/60083 to incorporate Unit 7 into the permitted healthcare development The proposed development will comprise of the amalgamation of Units 6 and 7; change of use of Unit 7 (approx. 78sqm GFA) from retail to use ancillary to the healthcare use permitted at Unit 10/11 for the provision of non-patient facing activities and staff welfare facilities (consistent with the permitted use of Unit 6); upgrade of existing entrance to provide a universally accessible entrance door to Unit 7; together with all associated internal reconfiguration, site and development works.
