a) Construct a new two storey extension to the rear of the existing dwelling house; b). renovate the existing dwelling house including elevational changes; c). demolish existing rear extension to dwelling house and existing haybarn; d). change of use of existing outhouse adjoining the dwelling house from storage shed to a family flat/ independent living unit including elevational changes; e) change of use of existing stand- alone outhouse from storage shed to residential use ancillary to the main dwelling; f). decommission existing septic tank system and installation of new wastewater treatment unit and percolation area to serve both units; (g). all associated site works and services.
