Permission for development which consists of; works to Building 2 MOD 3, comprising: (a) the construction of a new external entrance lobby, and new first floor area within the existing building; (b) upgrade of existing south and east facades, including the erection of 2 no. back-lit signs on the south-east corner; (c) the construction of a roof level platform, air handling units, ducts and cable trays; (d) minor modifications to the existing utility yard; and (e) all associated site works.
