Permission for the construction of an indoor training facility development which will contain a synthetic all-weather playing surface, gymnasium, changing rooms, treatment rooms, storage, office/administration space, staff welfare areas and new signage. Permission is also sought for a new pedestrian access from Pearse Road, and shared car parking area on Pearse Road, new parking area within the site and all other ancillary site works including a ticketing booth and bicycle parking. The proposed development is a change of plan from that previously permitted by Cork City Council planning reference 18/38083.
