The development consists of the alterations to the previously granted permission (Planning Ref: P21 – 503) comprising of revisions including: a reduced office area with new production floor welfare facilities (77sqm), relocating external palladian fence to the yard space, new single storey services building with a generator/transformer compound adjacent to existing substation. The proposed development also includes the addition to the existing service yard of a new sprinkler tank and pump station, 2 no. new dock levellers, two new roller doors, alterations to internal road, two no. external packaged plant units (16m x 3.8m each) and a new two storey external plant structure to house air handling units, plant and containment enclosure. Note: there is no increase in floor area, the mezzanine grid floor supports additional plant only. Works also include all associated site development works with minor amendments to existing carparking layouts.
