The development will consist of retention and completion of revisions to previously permitted alterations to the building and site granted under PL 21/1101 including, (i) extensions to the southwestern side of the building to provide an additional 36 sq.m floor space, (ii) the omission of the two storey extension to the rear, south-eastern elevation and the single storey extension to the side, north-eastern elevation of the building, (iii) revision of the internal layout of the building to incorporate revised layout of existing convenience shop, part off-licence, hot & cold food sales, customer seating area, toilets and ancillary offices, storage & food preparation areas, (iv) alterations to carparking layout, site services & landscaping, (v) signage and associated works.
