Retention permission for development and planning permission for proposed development at Roscommon Road, Athlone, Co. Westmeath. The development to be retained comprises removal of structurally derelict roof and chimneys and alterations to elevations to include wall plate level increase to accommodate for proposed raised floor level. The proposed development will consist of raising the existing finish floor level, completion of alterations to existing elevations to include wall plate level increase, windows and doors replacement with raised cill and head dead heights, construction of a new raised roof to existing cottage and all associated site works.
