1. Demolition of existing unoccupied industrial buildings and associated site works, along with site clearance. 2. Construction of new light industrial warehousing building to include ancillary offices, staff area and circulation space. 3. Access provision with new entrance and exit arrangements, off N69 & R510. 4.
