planning permission for the following: (a) modifications to existing dwelling house to include demolition of existing sun room to the front and small annex extension to the rear, (b) construction of new single storey extensions to side and rear of existing dwelling with the replacement of the existing roof / raising the pitch, (c) partial demolition and conversion of existing farm building to habitable space, farm building is located at the side of the existing dwelling.
