Permission for development which consists of retention of the following:- (a) Self-contained granny flat, (b) Rear single storey kitchen extension, (c) Rear store/plant room, (d) Rear unit as a store/shed (e) Amendments to front elevation. Permission is also sought to (a) Reduce boundary fence to a height of 2.00m (b) Remove screen to side boundary and covered area to rear of existing dwelling (c) Block up boundary windows to proposed rear store/shed.
