Permission for development which consists of the replacement of existing fascia board and shopfront signage at the front and rear of the Boots Unit. The proposed signage at the front includes: (a) new pressed aluminium fascia board and new illuminated signage including: “Boots”, the words “Beauty” and “Pharmacy” either side of the main “Boots” sign. The letters are individually illuminated (b) illuminated green cross sign (c) Projecting “Boots” sign in pressed aluminium, illuminated letters and fixing brackets. The new signage at the rear of the premises includes: (d) new pressed aluminium fascia board and new illuminated signage including “Boots”, the words “Beauty” and “Pharmacy” either side of the main Boots sign. The letters are individually illuminated. All works necessary to install the new signage. The site is located in an Architectural Conservation Area
