The Development will consist of: - (1) Change of use from existing light industrial (timber storage warehouse, 756.77m2) to recreational facility (indoor climbing wall facility) including provision of new changing facilities/toilets, storage room, office, reception, kitchen and servery. (2) Relocate 1 no. existing external door on west elevation and form new entrance doors on north elevation (3) Replace existing building signage to north elevation (4) Reposition the existing builder's yard entrance, including the installation of a new fence within the existing builder’s yard. Provide new car parking spaces including all associated site works.
