The development will consist of a deep energy retrofit comprising the following: 1) New energy centre comprising a plant room with deck at ground level and reduced floor level below ground, external compound for an air source heat pump, and a sub-station and switch room. 2) Car park canopies incorporating photovoltaic panels (800 m²). 3) Associated alterations to car parking, drainage and site works.
