PERMISSION: The development will consist of the proposed demolition of existing two storey return, single storey WC extension and outhouses and construction of a new partial 2-storey, partial single storey extension to the rear of the property. Proposed works to measure a total of 99sqm additional floor area, to include new kitchen/living/dining at ground floor level with proposed bedroom, dressing and family bathroom at first floor level. Internal modifications include refurbishment of existing dwelling, thermal upgrades and internal alterations. External works include replacement glazing, modification of existing roof and façade repairs. Works will be constructed to include all associated external services, drainage, external storage and landscaping as required as part of the development.
