Permission for development which will consist of 1) The demolition of substandard modern extensions to the rear of the existing hall, 2) Refurbishment and conservation work to consolidate the historic fabric of the existing hall building to accommodate a change of use to bakery and café. Works include (i) local repair of the existing roof and slate coverings, including PV panels, (ii) refurbishment and reinstatement, or replacement of windows, (iii) new external doors and internal lobby, (iv) repair of external cast iron water goods, (v) new french drain to perimeter of hall, (vi) restoration of front boundary railing and wall, (vii) stone paved external seating area, (viii) replacement of internal timber wainscotting and painted lime plaster finish over, (ix) new concrete floor, (x) integration of services and plant. 3) Free-standing signage. 4) The construction of 2 No. (2 bedroom) dwellings to the rear of the Hall building, together with associated landscaping, refuse stores, site development works and services
