The development consists of minor alterations to the existing ground floor front bay window & roof finish, alterations to existing front dormer, alterations to the existing rear dormer windows to eliminate one existing dormer and provide 1 new dormer and for the addition of 5no. new roof windows in total 4no. to both side roof plains and 1No. window to the front facing roof plain and to move existing window at first floor level and for a new window at first floor level to side elevation and for all associated site works
