extend and alter St.Fintan’s Hospital, Portlaoise, Co. Laois which is a protected structure (RPS Reference No. RPS 179). The proposed works will include the construction of a new 72 sq.m. two-storey building extension on the south side to provide stairs and lift access to the existing building at first floor level. Additionally, there will be general refurbishment works covering a total area of 402 sq.m. on the first floor level of the south side of the main building and associated site works.
