The development will consist of: (a) refurbishment of existing two storey dwelling; (b) demolition of existing single storey extension; (c) construction of a single storey extension and one-and-a-half storey extension; (d) replacement of existing septic tank with a new septic tank with effluent filter and percolation area, and; (e) all ancillary site works associated with the development including landscaping and parking area.
