The development consists of part demolition of the existing rear facade & construction of a new two storey flat roof and part single storey glazed roof rear domestic extension to provide revised layout internally including additional living accommodation at ground floor and additional bedroom at first floor level with renovation and alterations to the existing house including the provision of a rooflight with stair access and set back glass balustrade at roof level. Modifications to the side façade including side access door at ground floor level and increase existing window size at first floor level. Modifications to the front façade including relocation of the front entrance door at ground floor level and accessible terrace at first floor level, and all associated site works.
