for the Improvement works to Killoo Graveyard to comprise of (a) Construct new Gravelled driveway entrance adjacent to south wall of existing entrance, (b) construct new gated entrance to west wall of graveyard,(c) provide Five new agricultural gates, (d) Construct new fencing to north side of proposed new driveway (e) to construct pedestrian access turnstiles at proposed new right of way (f) to create new legal right-of way over proposed new driveway and extinguish existing right-of-way through centre of field including ancillary site works
