The development consists of (a) retention planning permission to retain as constructed a single storey extension on the western side of the house, (b) retention planning permission to retain as constructed elevational changes made to the house, (c) retention planning permission to retain as constructed the domestic shed, (d) retention planning permission to retain the closed site entrance on the western side of the property, (e) retention planning permission to retain the house, shed, site entrance, septic tank and driveway within revised site boundaries, (f) permission to subdivide the existing dwelling house to create two, two-bedroom semi-detached houses both of which will be accessed via the existing site entrance, (g) permission to make alterations to and subdivide the existing domestic shed to create two domestic sheds to serve the proposed dwelling houses, (h) permission to construct a detached home office for house 1, and (i) permission to decommission the existing wastewater treatment system and to connect to all mains services and permission for all associated site works to facilitate this development.
