development which will consist of a) An extension to existing southern elevation to allow for the expansion of the existing production area along with additional office space on ground and first floor and change of use of a section of the existing production area on ground floor to office, along with the relocation of some existing plant to accommodate the extension and all associated elevational changes. b) Change of use of the existing decommissioned oil tank storage area to the northern elevation of the main building into staff facilities along with the construction of a link structure between the main building and existing decommissioned oil tank storage area along with all associated elevational changes. c) The cladding and rendering of the existing west elevation to match the proposed extension finishes. d) The removal of existing water storage tank to the southern elevation and part demolition of transformer room to accommodate the proposed southern extension. e) The installation of a perimeter mesh fencing and access control points with the provision of additional parking and relocated new truck-only entrance from the existing estate road. f) ancillary site works, and all works above and below ground to accommodate the above works
