The development consists of the retention of one no. single-storey commercial unit and a portion of a single storey commercial unit in use as industry and warehousing; a storage and hard surfaced parking yard; and permission for the decommissioning of the existing septic tank, new site lighting, landscaping and boundary treatments and the provision of all other associated site excavation, infrastructural and site development works above and below ground, to connect to a new wastewater treatment system and percolation area. (Note: the wastewater treatment system and percolation area are the subject of the separate retention/permission planning application to Kildare Co. Council).
