(1). To demolish existing non habitable dwelling house. (2).To construct a replacement bungalow type dwelling house at same location as existing dwelling house. Construct domestic garage, provide mechanical effluent treatment unit and percolation area. Upgrade existing access road and site entrance including all ancillary site works necessary to complete the development.
